Some of our EU based customers may have experienced issues with clicks and commissions not getting tracked due to a problem in our EU data-center. Some accounts could experience a complete loss of tracking (commissions and clicks) during this time. Issue was already resolved. Unfortunately it was not discovered sooner and the data is lost.
